Fundraising for Cleft Lip And Palate Association

I'll be taking part in a sponsored bike ride from Lands End to John O'Groats starting on Monday 26th July 2010, I'm looking for your support, and here's the reason why:
My niece Isabella was born with a Cleft Lip and Palate in June 2006.
So far she has had her lip repaired, a 3 to 4 hour operation, her palate repaired (2 hour operation) and had grommets fitted in her ears (1/2 hour operation) with at least one more painful operation to come when she reaches the age of 7, quite an ordeal!
These have been done at the John Radcliff Children's hospital in Oxford, but would be much more of an ordeal for all of us without the wonderful support of the ward staff, the cleft lip and palate specialist nurses, and the charity CLAPA.
In short, the support given to my niece, and my brother's family has been fantastic. In order for the hospital to keep doing the amazing work and changing lives for the better my brother and I want to raise funds for CLAPA so they can extend the care, education and support further, helping more children like my niece.
To help raise funds we and a group of cyclists will ride from Lands End to John O'Groats starting on Monday 26th July 2010.
Each day we will ride about 80-100miles, climbing about 46,500ft, spread over 12 days.
