Will Walk the Length of Wales, coast to coast from Bridgend to in just 10 days in aid of - Help for Heroes

We will be covering the , walking through the Black & Cambrian Mountains heading to the final stage through the and . We will be living out of our rucksacks, sleeping rough and walking for 10 hours a day in what ever weather is thrown at us, sun, rain, sleet or snow, totally self sufficient with just the odd Mars Bar to keep us going.

 All money donated to this site will go to Help for Heros, we are sure over the last few years you have heard about all the good work carried out by this charity for the men and women of the British Forces.
