Some of you may remember that some years ago I took part in a sponsored head shave for my lovely little niece Mollie. Mollie had Leukaemia and fought very hard to beat it but sadly lost her fight 4 years ago,aged only 11. While Mollie was fighting this incredibly draining battle the Emily Ash Trust gave her and my brother Mark's family fantastic support. As a result they have stayed very close to the charity and have been extremely active in helping to raise funds for this really worthy cause.

This year I have entered the 'Tri for Life' Triathlon with my 2 very fit colleagues Peter Hosier and Chris Potter. We would be really grateful for anthing you can give to help support this charity, big or small it really makes a difference to families lives when they need it most.

I will be swimming, Pete will be running and Chris will be cycling.
