Just to let you know it's been worth while stopping by I have been in training for the last 2 months (weeks) cleaned up my Hi Tec Silver Shadow (that my dad gave me) and donning those sweat pants and top (that my dad gave me) to complete those (grueling) 6 Miles.

But while I've had fun training for the event I am taking the fundraising extremely seriously and I ask you to give what you can towards a very worthy cause, the MS Trust and help myself and Ted Howell raise as much money as we can.
