Despite its name, the Commando challenge does involve wearing clothes... It's just a matter of a 3km hilly run, followed by a 4km marine assault course and finished by another 3km hilly run back.

Of course we wouldn't go through all of this (there is quite a bit of water, mud and tunnels involved) in the middle of October if it wasn't for charity. The proceeds are split between the Devon Air Ambulance (I might need them on the day!) and the C Group, a Royal Marine equivalent of Help the Heroes.
