Story
Update: I made it - all 53 miles of it and have the blisters, aches and pains to prove it! Thanks to all who have donated and the words of encouragement - much appreciated. Donations still accepted. Thanks, Mich x
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm sure we've all had someone close to us fall victim to cancer. Some are lucky enough to survive, if caught early enough thanks to the chemotherapy treatment, stem cell transplants, consultants and nurses at hospitals like the Royal Marsden - helping patients into remission or making last days more comfortable. But all of this costs money and lots off money - relying on charitable donations to help provide the tireless service they do.
Where I'm going to try to help:
Myself and about 10 other Palace fans, are going to walk from the home of our beloved CPFC to the home of our arch rivals - Brighton and Hove Albion. Selhurst (London, SE25) to Brighton is about 45 miles and we are aiming to do this over 2 days - 5th & 6th June.
Where I need your help:
To make my blisters, aching legs, chaffing and possible sunburn worthwhile! I would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me - even if just £1. The easiest way is on here (see below) - we will be collecting along the route also.
