I will be participating in the Manchester Midnight Walk on 2nd July to raise money for St Annes Hospice. I will be walking with a team of five ladies in honour of our friend Danny Hodgson's beloved  mum Lynda who lost her 8 year battle with cancer last year. During her illness she spent a lot of time at the hospice and during the last weeks of her life the hospice gave her much care and comfort.  The hospice needs at least £16,000 a day to provide free care for patients. In every £1 that is spent, 93p of it is spent directly on patient care.
