Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. I'm running the 5K Big Fun Run at Crystal Palace on September 11 to raise money for Coeliac UK.

I'd like to impose a £5 maximum donation due to the rather modest challenge and the competing demands on your generosity.

Coeliac disease is an autoimmune disease. Eating gluten triggers off an immune reaction which damages the small intestine. The charity is concerned with improving diagnosis rates and making it easier for coeliacs to manage on a gluten-free diet.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
