P Coy Challenge 2009

I'll be participating in the P Coy Challenge 2009 on 13th September to test the limits of my endurance and to raise money for a noble charity. The P Coy Challenge is a cross country run where participants don a 35lbs ruck and military style boots to complete a challenging 10 mile course in less than 1 hour and 50 minutes. This will certainly be one of the most difficult runs in my life and I'll need your support to make it through. You can simultaneously encourage me while helping Britain’s wounded Iraq and Afghanistan veterans by pledging your support. All money raised will directly benefit Help for Heroes.
