We did it!! Despite a closed motorway, heavy traffic into Wales, a wrong turn at the top and bottom of Scafell, a 96 minute ascent of Snowdon (and equally quick descent) saw me in with 30 minutes to spare. Legs are a little solid and tired but the mind is now planning a 2 day 191 coast to coast cycle ride early next year.
