Hello and Welcome....

Please help the people of Haiti, watch this short, simple and effective video

This tragedy struck an island already poor enough.Before this 80% of the population in Haiti  already lived under the poverty line and most earned an average of 2$/day, 1 million children have been orphaned as a direct result of this earthquake, and 33 aftershocks ranging from magnitude 4.2 to 5.9% have been felt in a country where there is no infrastructure.

People have lost their lives,homes, infection is rife, amputation happens on a mass scale daily and there are very little supplies of food and water available.

It is estimated that 200,000 people have died and 1000000 children have been left orphaned with no one to turn to.

Tell me something, where can we even begin to fix a country with the magnitude of emotional and physcial change that the people of Haiti have experienced? There is one way we can all help and, this is by pulling together...

I am running my 1/2 marathon - 13 miles on March 14th this year and would be grateful for your support. Please help me raise £5000 or $8050 for the appeal in Haiti by posting this appeal to your facebook or social media networks. Please help the Haiti population recover....
