The DragonSlayer is a 3 mile run, 20 mile bike, 5 mile run duathlon. It was tough-going, but I completed it in a time of 3 hrs 26 mins.

The charity I'm raising for is Great Ormond St. Each year over 90,000 children from all over the UK are treated there for the rarest and most complex conditions. They need to raise £50 million each year to continue to provide pioneering paediatric care and research, as well as to continue their ongoing redevelopment of two thirds of the hospital site, which by 2010 will enable the treatment of up to 20,000 more children a year.
