Well I can't believe how time flies. This year's walk be my sixth since 2010, and I really can't stress enough how much I've loved doing them all. Every single one has been great fun and I've met some great people along the way!!! This July I'm taking on the daunting 62 mile non-stop Cotswold Way challenge, and it will be even more special because I only need £500 to send my charity career fundraising total through the £10,000 pound barrier, which is beyond all expectation !!!. However I'm taking no credit for any of it as it's all down to the kindness and generosity shown by everyone over the years. On my visit to the hospital I found it a choking and emotional experience, and a reality check as to how fragile life really is. Every year I speak to someone on my delivery who has had a child benefit from treatment at Great Ormond Street and I always use that as my inspiration and motivation. While my legs keep working I will always do something to help, and with my job I'm in a great position to reach out to people . Last year was a record breaker with almost £2300 raised but can we beat that total this time?
