Story
Michelle and I completed our 10K run on Sunday!!! We are pleased we took the training seriously because it was a truly tough course with some rather large hills, the first been within the first 500 metres!!
We managed to maintain our focus, keep our legs moving and completed the course in 1:16:46 and 1:19:28.
Thank you for all your support, advice and top tips we made good use of them all! Big thanks especially to Nestle Professional, A G Barr, Britvic, Cadbury, Walkers and Ash Workwear.
