On 7 September I will be running the Great North Run, I have decided to run for The Alzheimer's Society,  my fundraising will help the society's Live Well campaign, this will help give carers the information & skills they need to support their loved ones to live well with dementia and have the best quality of life.

My friend Lynne Stevenson has been an inspiration, over the last few years I have seen her support her dad, David live with Alzheimer's.
