FULL MARATHON RESULT: Finished in 5 hours 39 minutes placed 1519th out of 1567 runners....14 minutes faster than in 2009!!

Rutland House School For Parents is a fantastic charity that provides essential early years support to new parents as well as their young disabled children.

My daughter Amy attended the school from 2004 until 2009 and they helped us a very great deal when we really needed it; there was very little if anything on offer from statutory authorities when Amy was so young.

The school really needs our help, especially now in the recession as I recently heard they are struggling...

Therefore, at the very last minute (3 days before the event), I have decided to try and raise a little much needed cash for them by attempting to again complete the Robin Hood Nottingham Marathon on 12/09/10.

Some of you may know I did it last year to raise money for a young disabled boy called Harris through our trust fund "Changed By A Child" so 5 hours 53 minutes is the time to beat!! (www.changedbyachild.com)
