With old knees curtailing my running career for a while its time to don the walking boots and try a little (?) stroll.

100km to be exact from Putney all the way back to Henley.

Walking with a great team and for an important charity in Arthritis Research UK - with 1 in 6 suffering from some form of arthritis there is a fair chance you know someone that is having to deal with this incredibly challenging and painful condition - it can be life altering so AR UK are working hard to find a cure or at least some relief for those that suffer.

Anything you can afford is gratefully received.
