OK, so last year I did the London Triathlon for the first time in memory of two very good friends that passed away (view last years page - http://www.justgiving.com/NeilShepherd). Many said I could not do it, but I did and managed to complete it all in 2h 2 mins. This year I have decided to do it again. I have no excuses, I’m just mad! However this year after a bit of encouragement from myself, my brother Michael has decided to compete in the London Triathlon with me along with Mark Oswald who did the tri last year with me. Michael says he just wants to do this for a laugh. He plans to swim on his back – which you are not allowed to and also do the biking on a tricycle. He has done very little training for this (neither have I), so he will get a big shock when it comes to the event.
