Those of you who know me well, will know that i dont do exercise. i cant stand it, but in a moment of madness, my mum and I decided to sign up to do a 62 mile cycle challenge through the night on the streets of London.  Am i crazy? Right now i think i might be, but i am up for a challenge and if I get to raise money for amazing charities at the same time then all the better.

So, once I have purchased a bike I will begin my training.
