Between 2004 and 2018 I worked as  a trustee of the FAITH Christian Group and saw at first hand the terrible impact of addiction, to drugs and alcohol, on Reading's rough sleepers. They are unable to help themselves until they admit the problem and then get themselves into rehab. This can only happen with continuing funding as Yeldall Manor is a charity and the programme is costly to run. You could be involved by giving Yeldall the value of whatever you may be giving up over Lent.  Why not let you abstinence produce a benefit for Yeldall Manor this year? Or just make a donation to an important cause!
