I have been supporting the family care trust now for 3 years and raised around £5,000 to date for the charity. It basically allows for Down Syndrome individuals to gain a better understanding of life which we all take for granted. It relies completley on grants and charitable donations. Every penny really makes a difference and allows the individuals to gain a better quality of life.
