From 12th - 20th June I will be cycling the length of Britain to raise much needed funds in my Dad's honour for the Craniofacial Unit at the Birmingham Children's Hospital.

Please see my story at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmFKrqkijXY

Any help you are able to give will be very much appreciated.

Thank you,

Nick

The Birmingham Craniofacial Unit based at Birmingham Childrens Hospital is one of four nationally designated craniofacial centres. They manage patients with abnormalities of the skull and face. A multidisciplinary team carries out this complex surgery, led by a plastic surgeon , a neurosurgeon and a maxillofacial surgeon supported by registrars and staff from speech and language therapy, medical genetics, opthalmology and clinicians from a wide variety of other disciplines.

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
