In July, the Bull cycling team (Cyclabull) will be riding 850 miles in 8 days to raise funds for the Colchester Hospital Children's Community Team. The nursing team provides an invaluable service and support to sick children and their families. A lot of the children have very severe conditions, some being end of life, and the physical and emotional demands on the nurses is immense. Tragically, there is never enough funding from the State to provide for much needed equipment, so our efforts will definitely be a massive help a) in raising vital funds and b) raising the awareness of the team and the amazing job that they do.
