<p>This year i'm running the Great North Run for Crohn's and Colitis (NACC). Please help me reach my initial target of &pound;500 asap!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Someone very close to me has Crohn's and this is the very least I can do to help battle Crohn's. As you all know my fitness isn't the greatest, but if I reach my target I guarantee my fitness will be in peak shape come September where I run the most famous and most ran half marathon in the world.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please donate, even if it is as little as a pound.
