A mere 16 miles to go to Cheltenham, but pace has slowed somewhat so we are reckoning it will be 7 before we there! Feet hurt like hell but the rest of me is holding up.

Thursday 13th May, 7.19pm:
"Got to dursley - 40 miles - feet are a complete mess of blisters, we have cleaned sainsbury out of blister plasters. The first 25 miles were good and since then it has been a real struggle. Off to fuel up and get good nights sleep before re-commencing tomorrow. Hardest day of walking I have ever done! Two more days to go!!!"

"We are 15 miles in, crossing M4 now. Light chaffing only so far! Just stopping for a curly wurly break!"

On the 13^th, 14^th and 15^th of May I’m attempting to walk the Cotswold Way in 3 days.  This route is over 100 miles long and normally done over a week so I’ve got my work cut out! That's 4 marathons in three days, and about 12 hours of walking every day - figthing wth blisters, chaffing and the local flora and fauna!

I’ve decided to try and raise a bit of cash for Pancreatic Cancer UK along the way. It’s the only national charity dedicated to fighting pancreatic cancer on all fronts: through information, support, awareness and research. The charity is committed to improving survival rates for this most fatal cancer and works in partnership with specialists, research scientists, GPs, patients and their families throughout the UK and beyond.
