Hello again! Alf & I have got our tandem in a rut now and it goes all the way to the sea, each year, hell or high water.

This year I will be supporting Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of Manuel Izquierdo, a much liked doctor, popular with both staff and patients who used to work at the Wolverhampton Eye Infirmary and Stafford Hospital and who suffered bravely with MND.
