On May 15^th 2010 I will be walking 20km along the to raise money for a charity that is very important to me – Help for Heroes.

Help for Heroes provides practical direct support to those servicemen and women wounded in the line of duty in the current conflicts in and .  Help for Heroes is currently raising funds to build additional Personal Recovery Centres to provide a “launchpad” to life for seriously wounded or long term sick service personnel, supporting them as they make the transition to a fulfilling future.

Like many people I also have a very special member of my family serving in . 

I am hoping to raise as much money as possible to support our troops and their families.
