<p>Alcohol has a lot to answer for. That's all i'm saying!</p> <p>Climbing Kilimanjaro was never anything I'd&nbsp;given much thought to&nbsp;- until that 3rd bottle of wine. But, now i seem to have paid the deposit, bought a new sleeping bag and have flights booked for 7th October, so&nbsp;I figured I should raise some money on the way.</p> <p>St Catherine&rsquo;s Hospice is a charity dedicated to providing specialised end of life care and support to local people, their families, friends and carers. It is truly an amazing organisation which has helped a number of close friends in need.&nbsp; Any&nbsp;money you are generous enough to donate will be put to incredibly good us.</p> <p>If you have already been approached by, or have already sponsored, one of the others in our group - Lyn, Stuart, Annie, Keith, Moya, Bob or Giles - many apologies and feel free to ignore this request.
