Most of you will know why I am doing this..........

Running is really not my thing, so much so, the first time I got on a treadmill was two weeks ago, and this was to have a biomechanical assessment of my running in preparation for this event, so this is going to be a real challenge for me, please give generously if you can, and if you can't, anything will do, a little could make the difference to help change the future for Myeloma sufferers and their families. 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has helped me during training sessions, and for all of those that have given me tips and advice, but mostly to those that have taken the time to sponsor me, have given me encouragement, love and support to help keep me going through the blood, sweat and tears. 

I really could not have done it without you ALL, so thank you again!
