As you are aware I am planning on celebrating my 40 next year with a trip to South America, In preparation for the trip I am working on getting fit.   As part of that I am participating in a number of Race for Life sessions throughout the year as well as other fundraising sessions for Cancer Research UK.

 

I have chosen Cancer Research UK, as a dear family friend, John Kirby lost his fight with cancer a number of years ago.   He was a lovely fun man, who loved life, his family & horses and was a pleasure & a joy to be around.   He is greatly missed and I wanted to help raise money for his chosen charity as well getting fit.
