For the 4th year in a row we will be braving the elements and roping in as many crazy people as possible to run, jog or walk 3 miles every day for the whole of December.

Why would we do this again you might ask?  Quite simply because of the amazing work that the charity Sue Ryder do and the care that they gave my Dad during the last few months of his life in 2015.  Over the past 3 years we've raised about £25,000 for the charity but they always need more to support the great work that they do and so we'd like to add to that and make this our biggest year ever.
