CAFT provide life-changing experiences and opportunities to thousands of terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children each year.

I am so lucky to have two gorgeous little girls who are healthy and are loved to bits, but I know this is not always the case for many children and I want to help to bring a little joy to those children.
