I'm going to be doing a 4 day fundraising cycle ride mid September from the chic city of through quiet rural medieval Burgundy town of along small quiet county lanes to the hill-top of Semur-en-Auxois. Skirting to the Jura region and the spa town of . Long climbs to cross the Jura mountains into . I finish at Col de la Faucille (1232m), the climb featured in the Tour de France so fitting end to my challenge and great achievement!!

This will be a fantastic and rewarding ride and I'm really looking forward to it, but the main reason behind the trip is to raise money for the Association For Spina Bifida And Hydrocephalus (ASBAH) (http://www.asbah.org/). ASBAH works with people with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus their families and carers to promote individual choice, control and quality of life. This foundation is particularly close to my heart as my younger brother, Eerik, has this disorder.
