Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. I have now just run the 53miles to raise money for The Norfolk Hospice and it went great!  Thinking of the people that the hospice helps, and all the time and energy put in by the volunteers, puts my efforts into perspective and helped me keep going when I didnt want to! The support I recieved was also wonderful. While the run is now done, we are still moving towards our fund raising target for the hospice, so all donations are gratefully recieved. Many thanks to all who have already sponsored me.

 For me this run is also about lots of other things like celebrating life and our beautiful environment and going that little bit further for what I believe in. Running through the Norfolk Coast protect area, it is also about raising awareness of caring for this very special area  - see www.norfolkcoastaonb.org.uk . I think that we are often capable of so much more than we think we are and it would be great if things like this encourage people to think about (and do!)  the things they can do in their lives to benefit themselves and our wonderful world.
