Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Saturday 10th July, I'm taking part in a Wheelchair Push up Helvellyn in the Lake District and back down - it's a race involving teams of 15 including one wheelchair user.  My friend Michael will be the one giving us instructions from the chair.  If you can spare a few pounds to help raise as much as possible for the back-up trust, much appreciated.
