Hi - thanks for visiting my charity page!

I am taking part in two sporting events this spring/summer to raise money for charity. I am running in the marathon on Sunday the 25th April, and I will be doing a charity bike ride from to on 8^th – 11^th September.  I’ll also be eating a lot of carbs!

I’ve decided to raise money for The Christie cancer hospital in .  I hope to raise more than £1,300 through sponsorship and a number of fund-raising events.

The Christie is one of 's leading cancer hospitals and research centres, and my sister Eleanor was treated there as a child.  Ellie sadly did not survive her illness, but the staff at the children’s wing looked after her and my family very well during that time.
