This year I have set myself the challenge to complete the Wilmslow Half Marathon on Sunday 28th March, Llandudno Sea Triathlon on Sunday 11th July and the Manchester 100 on Sunday 5th September all in aid to raise as much money as I can for Mencap.

Mencap is the voice of learning disability. Everything they do is about valuing and supporting people with a learning disability and their families and carers.
