Story
Hello Everyone,
I would like to raise money for SCBU by taking part in the London Half Marathon on 26/09/2010.
On 18/07/2009 I went in to spontaneous Labour at 28 weeks, Oliver Anthony Barry Linden was born 2lb 11oz, a really good weight for his age. Ollie was born with numerous problems, but overcame them all with the help of the fantastic & dedicated staff on the Speacial Care Baby Unit in Watford General.
When Ollie was born Andrew & I where thrown in to an unimaginable world, we had so many questions & fears & worries & the staff on SCBU where there for us, supported us, answered our questions night & day.
From a mothers point of view, the breast feeding support I received was flawless & the privicy & equipment they give you really helps you to bond with your precious child.
The money raised will go straight to SCBU & they can use where ever they feel it is needed.
