Yes, I'm doing it again......Manchester 10k run here I come!  I've added another photo to show I completed it last year and yes, I'm know its not my best shot.  I decided on the day to 'sport' the free silver foil wrap thingy as it was clearly required for the record breaking time I ran it in and also I thought it made me look like the professional runner I am .....mmm!!

I'm running again for Newcastle Hospital ward 16 who care for my nephew Greg Mantini who has spina bifida.  Since I did the run last year Greg has had another leg operation which now means he can buy shoes rather than them being made for him.  I was able to witness him buying his first ever pair of trainers in February this year, a great and special moment!!
