Our goal is to raise £10,000 for CLAN Orkney, to help them to expand and extend their services to more people affected by cancer in Orkney.

The money we raise will be ringfenced for our community, and will help the local team to train more support volunteers, as well as to make regular visits to the outer isles, and provide increased availability across  Orkney.

The Orcadian is kick-starting the campaign, with a donation of £500, which was awarded to the organisation at the Highlands and Islands Media Awards in February, along with the accolade of Newspaper of the Year 2018.
