A group of us will be running every day in January to help promote mental health awareness through the power of exercise. What an amazing way to help beat the blues - by Running Every Day (R.E.D.) in January!
This year we’ll be raising money for 2 charities - Southampton
Children's Hospital Charity (our corporate charity) and Solent Mind
Our employee nominated Corporate Charity for 2018-2020 is Southampton Children's Hospital (SCH) Charity - Emergency & Trauma Department Appeal.
SCH Charity are working in partnership with The Murray Parish Trust, aiming to raise £2 Million in order to build a new Children's Emergency and Trauma Department.
