25 MILE WALK FROM CRAWLEY TO BRIGHTON!!! · 18 September 2010

At times of overseas emergency, the DEC brings together a unique alliance of the UK's aid, corporate, public and broadcasting sectors to rally the nation's compassion, and ensure that funds raised go to DEC agencies best placed to deliver effective and timely relief to people most in need.

Story

Hi Everyone..

Over 1400 people are reported to have died with that number likely to rise as more information becomes available. About 3 million people are believed to have been affected by the floods which may worsen as further rain falls and water moves downstream. In the aftermath of the floods there is a serious risk to survivors from potentially deadly diseases which will spread as a result of contaminated surface and drinking water.

With this in mind we have decided to walk 25 miles, from Crawley to Brighton on the 2nd of October in order to raise as much money as we can to help the people affected.

You’re donations and support will be greatly appreciated by us and the people affected.

Love
