30yrs after the Peak physical time of my life i have decided to challenge myself and take part in the Intrinsic London to Paris bike ride to raise money for the CHILDRENS HOSPICES UK. I kid you not im going to cycle along the footpaths / roads between the two continents staring in London and ending up in Paris taking a gruelling 3 days in the process.
