An active body and mind were key to Dad’s longevity; playing golf regularly and visiting the Action Heart Gym at Russell’s Hall Hospital when he was able were both important pillars of his health regime. He needed some help along the way of course and was unfailingly complementary about the community medical services that he visited or, latterly, which visited him. We would like to acknowledge and express our appreciation for the understated but vitally important role of the local health professionals who played their part supporting Dad especially in his advancing years.
