We are here for anyone with epilepsy, their families, carers and employers. We campaign for improved healthcare and an end to stigma, influence policies that will affect the health, educational and social welfare of people with epilepsy and provide quality information and support services.

Story

On Sunday 12 September 2010 I will be suspended 140ft in the air and will slide 700ft on Scotland's fastest flying fox!

Why would I do this you ask? Well it's all for a good cause of course! I'm raising money for Epilepsy Scotland.

As some of you will know my mum is one of nearly 40,000 people living in Scotland with epilepsy.

Anyone can develop epilepsy at any time – and 8 people a day in Scotland do.

Here are just a few examples of how your donations will help  make a big difference.

£8.75 Produces 10 'Brian learns about epilepsy' leaflets for primary school children
£16.60 Will produce 40 'First aid for seizures' guides
£35.00 Pays for one hour access to our Freephone helpline service offering confidential information and support across Scotland
£55.50 Enables one young person aged 11 to 19 to attend our Lighthouse Youth Project activity programme
£100.00 Provides training in managing and understanding Epilepsy
