I shall be throwing myself (ok more like grudgingly stepping over the side) off the top of the Trafford Centre Bell Tower (rope attached and all) to raise money for Seashell Trust.

It'll be quite a sight ... feel free to come along and watch me dangle down the side of the building. Pointing and laughing allowed.
