What is Parkinson's 1,000?

In aid of The Parkinson's Disease Society, I am aiming to complete 12 events in 12 months in which I will swim, bike and run over 1,000km. The line-up is as follows:

January:            Merrell Wildman Off-road Duathlon - Done! 2hr 44 mins

February:          Merrell Tuffman Off-road Duathlon Done! 2 hr 48 mins (twisted ankle, but completed)

March:              Lake Geneva to Morzine run Done! 2 hr 43 mins

April:                 Ampleforth Triathlon Done! 1 hr 14 mins

May:                 Ironman St George, Utah Done! 10 hrs 28 mins

June:                Oresund Bridge Half Marathon Done! 1 hr 21 mins 57 secs

July:                  Ironman Antwerp 70.3 (Half Ironman distance) Done! 4 hrs 19 mins

August:            Bedford Classic Triathlon (Olympic distance)

Done! 2 hrs 13 mins

September:     Vitruvian Triathlon (Half Ironman distance) Done! 4 hrs 17 mins

October:           Ironman World Championships, Hawaii

Done! 9 hrs 55 mins

November:       Ballbuster Duathlon

December:       Pisa Marathon
