Story

Getting together to do good!
Partners& is launching our charity challenge to get people together and have some fun, get fit and support our nominated charity, Working Options.

Our aim is to raise £25,000 for Working Options.

Yes, it’s a big amount, but we firmly believe that when we come together for a single purpose, great things can happen!

What are we doing?
For the cycling enthusiasts, individuals can cycle 100 miles, a team of two can cycle 50 miles each or a team of four can cycle 25 miles each in a day. Teams across the UK will be gathering on 14 May.

For our willing walkers, the challenge involves walking 100 miles in the month of May. Teams of colleagues are getting together to support each other throughout the month.

We’ll use Strava to track all the miles that are done.

Why Working Options?
Partners& is committed to diversity and inclusion – a key part of which is providing access for young people to learn about the insurance sector and consider it as a viable career option. As such, we’ve partnered with Working Options in Education, an employability and life skills charity that helps young people to aim high and fulfil their potential.

Talent is distributed evenly across the population, but opportunities are not. Our donations will help Working Options to help young people from all backgrounds to flourish.

How will the funds be used?
Money raised will be used to directly fund Working Options' work with young people. This includes delivery of online masterclasses to broaden young people's knowledge of careers, skill-building workshops, and industry Insight sessions in schools. It will also go towards the co-creation of engaging online content with young people such as their podcast series, creating millions of lightbulb moments and empowering young people to achieve their potential.

How can you get involved?
Give our teams encouragement as they prepare for their cycling and walking challenges and donate today.
