Thanks for looking at my page.

i'm 39 (almost 40) and am generally a bit of a slacker when it comes to exercise. I was 21.5 stone (and it was getting worse).

When my dad died it hit me hard and i needed a way to somehow turn that massive negative into a positive. So i started to run.

Now I'm doing the london marathon (i must be mad) and am looking to raise as much as possible for the hospice charity. They generally have a bad name as we all try to forget what happens there. But they do amazing work and need all the help they can get.

Please help me to raise my target while i 'run fat boy run'
