Well this is officially my attempt at killing two birds with the one stone!! To get fitter and in the process raise cash for a well deserved charity!!

 

We all know someone who has died of cancer in some form. Cancer Research UK needs our money to continue its good work looking into this deadly disease and coming up with new treatments and cures.

 

Please dig deep and help with this life saving work.
